Loved that the balcony was screened in to keep out the bugs. Downfall- The AC was out down stairs and all that was said was “AC is out downstairs…sorry” on a sign on the front desk. "Beautiful facility and just an overall comfortable setting. In the heart of the historic downtown, just a few minutes walk from all the great restaurants Charleston has to offer. There's even a grocery store right next door, so we bought a few bottles of wine and enjoyed them in the room. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Every employee we made contact with treated us like they appreciated that we were there!"
