"Breakfast wasn’t included, thought it would be for the price. No coffee pot in room. Air conditioning thermostat didn’t work either. Didn’t realize until I was ready for bed and got hot. Shuttle was nice"

"Room was clean and serviced daily. Reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble including arranging a last minute early check in, offering basic toiletries after our luggage was delayed at the airport and extra blankets on request. Easy access to train station and to central Amsterdam. Would highly recommend. "

"2.5 stars for lack of comms & poor treatment from the reception. Had emailed hotel's reception via expedia messages 24 hours before requesting an early check-in. This was neither acknowledged nor responded. We reached hotel round 12:30noon, was told to wait 1 hour so we went out for lunch and came back around 2.30 still no room. They made us wait till 3pm, finally the room was ready. The lacklustre response from the reception was "we are fully booked". This was clearly not the case as there were loads of distressed inventory floated via opaque channels on both Fri and Saturday nights. The rooms was kept in a good tidy state though the overhead shower was spatting water all over the bathroom, which could be easily fixed. 2 stars for hotel's services/comms and 4 stars for the room despite the state of the shower head."

"Great hotel, located a few minutes walk from the metro, tram and train station. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a kettle and mini fridge in the room was really useful too. "
