"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Twin Fin. The location can’t be beat, pool is lovely, daily tokens at the store are great for chairs, umbrella etc. unfortunately the surf boards are not included in the token deal which was disappointing. We were disappointed in the housekeeping services which didn’t show up once during our 4 night stay. Beds and pillows weee super comfy and the hotel was quiet at night which is hard to find in Waikiki! "

"Desk staff was very good, room cleaning not great, 1 of 3 elevators not working for upper floors, very painful wait. Parking is limited, if you dont get a spot its stressful. Breakfast was very good. Located close to beach, walkable. "

"The breakfast buffet was good. The bathrooms were a bit daated. The door hit the toilet. The location is good. I was upset hoaever that since we booked with a "third party" we had try pay resort fees which is a,total joke. What resort? A"

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, including security, I think her name was Sofia, who made many recommendations including happy hour and helped us get seated with only 2 minutes before the end that we wouldn’t have gotten in. We prepaid for the breakfast at Appetito’s which included gratuity so super convenient and their staff was also awesome. The complimentary refresh room was awesome after snorkeling and sitting by the pool before our 9:25 pm flight. Location was great - I will definitely come back here if I get to Oahu again!"

"Really great hotel. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, food trucks, and Waikīkī beach. Also really convenient that they offer beach towels, chairs & boogie boards. Would recommend."

"My husband and I enjoyed stayed here. Affordable hotel within walking distance to everything. The room was clean, dated and we slept deeply every night. Parking lot is tight but much cheaper compared to the surrounding hotels. The gym was limited but had enough where you could get a good workout in. Housekeeping was super friendly and the front desk was excellent. Willa & Pam assisted us during our stay and wow, they are so warm and welcoming! We will be back!"
