2019 new building: holiday house Hünzingen № 2

Our second holiday home has been ready since December 2019! Elegantly and modernly furnished with a gallery, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a spacious living / dining area with kitchen.
Plenty of space to be together and still be able to retreat if you wish. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV in every room, washing machine and dryer.
Comfortable underfloor heating creates warmth throughout the house. When the weather is nice, the large garden with a playground for the children, terrace and grill lures you outdoors. There is also a Swedish hot tub for cozy hours on the terrace.
In the house there is a sauna room with a large experience shower and a lot of technical sophistication.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide towels and bed linen for our guests free of charge!

Wunderschöbe Tage in der Lüneburger Heide

Entspannung pur

Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus und die Kommunikation mit Florian und Sabine war jederzeit unkompliziert. Im Ferienhaus fehlte es an nichts und die täglich frischen Eier haben den Aufenthalt und das Urlaubserlebnis zusätzlich aufgewertet. Der Badezuber ist wirklich ein Highlight und ließ uns die Stunden im Haus zusätzlich genießen. Es ist ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir uns von Anfang an wohl fühlten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehlen.

Gelungener Großfamilienurlaub

Waren mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene 4 Kinder) Das Haus ist sauber, es hat alles was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Von Hot Tube, frischen Eiern, Hühnern und Hasen, Sauna, Spielgefährte für die Kinder, Ruhe... Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für die Personenzahl ist es großzügig mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vielen Danke für die frischen Eier! Eine nette Überraschung! Ob die Matratzen zu hart oder die Kissen zu wuchtig sind, ist sicher eine persönliche Einstellungen. Ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher wären schön. Dafür gab es aber einen Wäscheständer, wo man die Handtücher gleich wieder aufhängen konnte. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings der Mähroboter, der leider nachts gemäht und dabei auch immer wieder den Lichtsensor ausgelöst hat. Ansonsten haben wir ein schönes, entspanntes Wochenende in einem schönen Haus in ruhiger Umgebung verbracht.

Das Haus biete ein wunderschöne Saune und einen finnischen Badzuber, den man selber mit Holz beheizen muss Das Ahsu ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett. Ich würde wieder hinfahren!

Sehr schönes und großzügig geschnittenes Haus

Das Haus ist viel schöner und bequemer als erwartet. Schon die Bilder versprachen viel Gutes, aber die Innenausstattung ist auf dem höchsten Stand! Es wurde an (fast) alles gedacht. Wir empfinden den Preis im Vergleich als Schnäppchen. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten stets genügend Platz. Wir hätten uns mehr Klopapier und Badehandtuchstangen in den Bädern gewünscht, aber das ist nicht der Rede wert. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küchenausstattung gab alles her, was man benötigt hatte. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als viel zu hart. Einige von uns schliefen sehr schlecht darauf, aber das soll nicht heißen, dass hier qualitative Einbußen vorhanden waren. Die Matratzen sind wie die gesamte Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und letztlich ist das nur das eigene Empfinden. Wir können die überaus freundlichen, ja fast familiären Vermieter wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!

Unfassbar tolles Haus

Lieber Florian, liebe Sabine, wir sieben Mädels haben unsere Zeit in eurem Ferienhaus so sehr genossen. Es war wirklich einfach nur WOW. Neben dem privat zu nutzenden Badezuber, in den wir tatsächlich alle sieben gleichzeitig rein gepasst haben, haben wir die Sauna in vollen Zügen genutzt (sie ist wirklich innerhalb von 20 Minuten auf der passenden Temperatur ☺️) Die Einrichtung und die liebevollen Details sind genauso schön wie auf den Fotos bzw. tatsächlich noch beeindruckender, da gar nicht alle Details online zu sehen waren, wie bspw. die technische Ausstattung im Sauna-/Duschbereich. Direkt die eigene Playlist über das Lautsprechersystem abspielen zu können war mega. Zudem haben wir uns über die kleinen Dinge wie: Vorhandene Öle für den Saunaaufguss, gut ausgestattetes Gewürzregal und die Frühstückseier mega gefreut. Wie Mädels waren zudem so angetan, von euren ganzen Auskünften zu unseren zahlreichen Fragen wie: woher ist eigentlich diese Lampe, von welcher Marke ist die Küche, woher der Toilettenpapierhalter, ... :D - wir haben uns direkt zahlreiche Anregungen für die eigenen Hausbau- und Ausstattungsprojekte mitgenommen. Danke für den persönlichen Austausch an dieser Stelle! Und gleichzeitig die komplette Privatsphäre während der Zeit vor Ort! Das hat uns beeindruckt.
