"This hotel has character to spare, located a bit outside the city center it's a nice quiet place to stay that's still inside Hamburg. Small TV and bed in the single room, but the quality of the furnishings and balcony more than made up for it. The breakfast service, bistro cart, and mini-bar were all fantastic, and the staff couldn't be more helpful."

"WiFi is only available to check emails or social media so I missed an important video video conference. There is no staff on site after late afternoon. The emergency number they give you goes to the closed reception area. "

"From the outside, the building looks nice and clean. The back yard is also nice. Inside, there is no AC, the windows do not have a screen so bugs get in at night. The bathroom is very small the shower is dirty and had mildew in various spots in the tub. A mold spot on the ceiling in the shower & the shower curtain looks dirty and like it hadn’t been changed out in years. The bed blankets were filthy and had weird stains. I do not think those were washed either. The first day of our stay it was...
