The cozy style of this recently renovated home sets the relaxing tone for your fun-filled stay. When you're not inside warming up by the fireplace with a good book, watching cable TV or streaming your favorite shows, or using high-speed WiFi to enjoy with favorite playlists with friends, toss a load of laundry in the brand new washer/dryer and then head out onto the deck to take in your tree-lined views from the balcony. There are many shared amenities, including pools, and a fitness center. Sign up for time at one of the tennis courts offered through the Bridges Resort. When hunger hits the well-equipped kitchen, recently upgraded stainless steel appliances, will keep your crew fueled up and on the go. Share a meal and a laugh at the dining room table, and then break out the provided games to carry the party into the night.

As the day winds down, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home will easily let up to six guests stay in comfort. In the main bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed waiting to lull you into a restful night of sleep. The second room has two twin-size beds and a private bathroom, making it perfect for your younger vacationers. There's a queen-size sleeper sofa as well. Both bathrooms have undergone recent floor to ceiling renovations!

During the warmer months, you'll be able to spend your days hiking or looking for one of the many local swimming holes. Head over to the Sugarbush Golf Course, and challenge a friend to a game of tennis on the shared courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru Courts, and two outdoor Red Clay courts), which includes free court time. Hit one of the saunas to relax after a day exploring the farmers market or mountain biking at Sugarbush or one of the many trails in the Mad River Valley. Play a game of pool, Ping-Pong, or foosball in the shared game room, or work out in the fitness center, including free classes.

When the temperatures drop, you'll be less than a mile away from the wintertime destination of Sugarbush Mountain. You'll find plenty of apres ski options (including live music) around the mountain. Enjoy dinner at Rumbles or Castlerock Pub or head to Waitsfield and visit the famous Lawsons Brewery or the Mad Taco. You'll also get discounts on swimming and tennis lessons, and free coffee and tea during your stay, as well as access to all Bridges events.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
