"Solid Stay. Clean room, nice wooden floors. Not a fan of the bathroom not having a traditional door that has a lock. For some odd reason the internet was abysmal during the first two days (then it got way better) and the room service needed to be requested to make the beds and give towels instead of it being a proactive service. Breakfast was not free, but it is all you can eat so its good value, I guess. Overall good for the relatively low price payed."

"Room was adequate to stay overnight. Front desk employee was friedly & helpful. Could use a detailed cleaning though. Elevator needed cleaning as well. "

"House configuration is very strange and a bit unsafe if you were not paying attention due to the multiple sunken living rooms. It also appeared that the house was under going repairs while we were staying there. Pool was dirty and filled with leaves so we could not use. Kitchen had very little stocked and knives were so dull, we had to get our own. The price point was good, there were enough beds for everyone and the location to Universal was good which are the only positives of the place. We will not be using this property again in the future. "

"It is pet friendly. Convienient location. Had one incident of a male front desk clerk being rude. The bed isn't very comfortable. I would only stay again if we are traveling with our dogs."
