"Rooms and hallways are disgusting. Our room had no shower curtain. Some chairs were covered in mold and one chair had lots of let just say human fluids all over it. Probably one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. Half way trough the night i contemplated me and the family just sleeping in the car."

"Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel"

"Love staying at this property so much to do. However this stay I was disappointed by the the cashier at the restaurant Friday morning went to pay for breakfast and the lady was very rude and snippy so uncalled for. Also the amount of employees on their phones instead of paying attention to the people needing help. Front desk and the park ticket. Ladies were very sweet and helpful. "
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My hot water was out and they were at my room 10minutes and had it fixed. Their breakfast is awesome best selection of cooked food and make your own waffles. I wish the TV had a channel guide other wise I will stay there again when I'm in orlando"

"We stayed here during our recent trip to Universal Studios. It is extremely close to the park. The hotel was clean and the person checking us in was very friendly. The breakfast was good and consisted of pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, and cereal. They have a shuttle to Universal but it only runs once per day. I recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as it is only around $7. "
