"Very excellent comfortable stay and great price! I did have a few notes for staff. Our bedding was clean but a bit stained. Also the guest laundry situation was poorly maintained. 3 out of the 4 washing machines were out of order and looked dirty. I did miss the swimming pool and breakfast at other hotels. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"The property is next to a lake, the surrounding is very peaceful and quiet. The room is spacious and comfortable. The luxury king suite is truly nice with a kitchenette fully equipped. I enjoyed my stay. "

"We stayed one night while on our way to McCarthy. The area offered beautiful surroundings, a calm lake to paddle around on and area to hike around the lake. The rooms were very nicely decorated but no running water in the room. The restroom and shower cabin was a shared building but each bathroom had a private assigned stall. This was an interesting rustic concept but for a longer stay this would not be a good option for me. Not a deal breaker but just a FYI. They did provide a nice breakfast...

. Also the home is beautiful. Its a shared house time experience but you'd hardly even know. The hosts give plenty of privacy and make you feel very welcome. All amenities where met and comfort was prevalent. Great place to stay if you plan to take in Hatchers Pass."
