"The owner, Jason, was very helpful and spent time with us for an orientation and helpful directions and advice in getting to central Oxford for sightseeing. Nice snacks provided for breakfast."

"It was nice and clean."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. Bathroom could do with some minor repairs and the room needed a more modern TV. Food was excellent. Overall 8/10"

"Lovely hotel in a refurbished all pub. Room had everything needed and was clean, and the bed was really comfy. Staff were very polite and helpful. We also had dinner on arrival and breakfast the next morning and both meals were really tasty and freshly made."

"Good convenient location on the M40 Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly."

"Good location, quite basic."

"Great location, good food and wines . Stayed here before and very convenient for Bicester Village. Not sure why check out is 10am but ok ))"

"Excellent stay"

"The fact that as a guest paying around £200 a night (which is a lot of money for the general facilities of the hotel) and then you arrive to find that you also have to pay for parking at £10 per day is appalling, and leaves a really bitter taste in your mouth as soon as you have arrived at the property. Needless to say it really tinted our whole stay and I won’t be recommending the hotel to anyone. If you value your hard earned money, don’t stay here."

"This is a great place to stay. The staff are super friendly, the food was good and the room is spacious and well appointed."

"Was great for the night and easy taxi to go to town"

"It was very good for the price point, the breakfast was great, room was fine, a little tried but difficult to find fault at the price point."
