"Room was clean and neat, staff is excellent, plus they have an ice mechine 👍only drawback was i couldnt put my youtube up on tv, internet is extra if you to download and stream movies on your phone."

This hotel stay was the only positive part in the journey and we were thankful for helpful staff, the ability to book last minute, good food and good nights rest on a 17 hour layover. "I had a very bad experience with Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. I booked 4 rooms through Hotels.com and later cancelled the bookings as per the cancellation policy. I also received cancellation confirmation from Hotels.com. However, the Hyatt staff is not accepting the cancellation and is still asking for payment for all 4 rooms. Additionally, an amount was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. The hotel staff was not cooperative or humble during the discussion, and I did not expect such poor customer service from Hyatt. Thanks"

"I have been traveling for over 40 years. I cannot fathom the absurdity of the shower in my room. It literally pointed out of the shower. I had to take 2 minute shower and it still flooded the room. It was NOT user error."
