10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding facilities and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bedchamber was very nice (see photos). Laundry service is very efficient. Promised 24 hours and delivered in less than 8 (same day / for a large amount). Expensive though - as would be expected at a hotel. Daily housekeeping services are outstanding. They not only did the basics, but polished and vacuumed each day. Restaurant was excellent. Great food & great atmosphere (setting/ambience, quiet). Be patient though. It is a VERY leisurely atmosphere (as it should be!). Relax and enjoy. As well, the “formal” offerings are limited. Tasting menu, Vegetarian Tasting menu and a 3-Course menu. They do a great job of accounting for any allergies as well in the three menus. We had the Tasting menu (excellent) the first night and found other options for the other few. They do have nice, informal dining as well but it is also limited. I don’t think they have many guests here for more than a couple of nights. None of this is an issue. Just something to be aware of. A few concerns (for a 5-star hotel): -No light over sink/counter in bathroom. -Although overall the restaurant was excellent, some of the young staff in restaurant not well trained. Wrong bread delivered with meal, no spoon with soup (had to find another server and ask for one even after mentioning to original server) and several had limited knowledge of menu."
