"It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."

"This is a bit of a strange place. The picture DO NOT represent the room I had which was in the basement. It was very dated and need of modernisation. Whilst there was a microwave and fridge there was no tea and coffee making and not even a glass or anything for water. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 yhoug a slightly earlier start was offered at 7.45. I am not sure whether I was a little paranoid or not but it felt as though my comings and going’s were observed as on one occasions I was met at...

"Easy Check-in. Helpful staff, always there for you to help. Many restaurants nearby and many transport links are available. Right across Hyde Park, some minutes away from Oxford Street and less than about two minutes away from the Paddington station where my train got me and took me back to the airport. The location is very convenient and the kind owner is always there to offer sightseeing advice as well as a hot cup of tea. As for the rooms, they were clean and quiet. The only bad part was that...

"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
