"Staff very friendly, breakfast was a help yourself, well worth the cost. Disappointed that there was no safe available for valuables and no hot rail to dry towels , having said that it was an enjoyable two night stay."

"Breakfast was ok. Basic selection. Found the sausages a bit salty, no omelette options, no hot chocolate drink. Rooms were clean. All had bath tub."

"Absolutely tiny room/shower room. No room to move in the shower room. Signs of black mould on the ceiling. Random fake rock face walls in corridors felt very claustrophobic. Noisy at the weekend due to a nightclub across the road - loud music until 3am. Other guests were also very noisy late at night. Doors didn't help as it was impossible to close them quietly. Convenient location for city centre, harbour and train station. Good breakfast and very nice staff, but unfortunately we won't be staying here again unless the rooms have a total redesign and makeover. "

"It's a very old building with only stairs but staff was more than pleasant adverse helpful. They bought our luggage up to our room and then even brought it back down I highly recommend this place."
