No air-con. Its is an old building and beautiful but the rooms are boiling and there is no air con. We opened the window but it was very noisy. The rooms are looking tired - stains on carpet and bathroom starting to look a bit shabby. Shame really as I stayed a few years ago and was faultless. Positives - we had a great price, room was large and beds comfy. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Great location for mermaid quay. You need to book parking 24 hours before online to get discount.

"The Hotel is very dated with no A/C Our room had a very unpleasant smell and the Pillows stunk like an ashtray. Asked to swap rooms but there were no spare rooms so we left after one night to stay elsewhere Staff are pleasant but certainly wont be rushing back here"

"We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat .
