"The building itself used to be a hospital and was very neat/interesting. The staff who checked us in were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean with a lovely view of downtown. The complementary breakfast in the morning had a lot of great options and we really enjoyed it."

"This was a perfect location for after the Windy City Smokeout. We were able to get a (Free!) parking spot on-premise, and they allowed us to check-out an hour later. It’s within walking distance of the United Center, and there’s an excellent Mexican restaurant just a short walk away. It’s ideal for anyone looking for somewhere to stay after any type of event at the United Center."

"Great West loop location. Easy to store luggage before and after stay. Everyone was very friendly. Full kitchen and comfy bed. Overhead lights were a little bright but the visit was amazing."
