"First time staying. Seemed to have all you’d want in a hotel amenities wise but the water pressure was very poor. Just barely enough for a decent shower. Wouldn’t risk staying their again for that alone since the rest of it wasn’t enough to overcome it. "

"Great location for seeing a show at United Center. Walk was easy and didn’t feel uneasy late at night. Breakfast was nice, very clean, typical options like eggs, pancakes, sausage etc. piping hot coffee! Rooms spacious can tell it was a hospital from the layout. Only major complaint was that our TV was not working great but that could have been weather related. "

"After having a rough first night trying to find a place to stay in Chicago, this hotel was a godsend. Everything was very nicely decorated, very clean and check-in worked perfectly. We especially loved the book provided, with tips for sightseeing and places to eat in the neighborhood! The amenities were a huge plus as well, having access to a full kitchen and a washer dryer combo really made the place feel like a home for the time of our visit in Chicago. Thanks to the hotel and the housekeeping team in Chicago for the hospitality. If I ever have the pleasure of visiting this City again, I know where I will stay! "
