We arrived after 5pm so had to use the lockbox to get entry but all worked out! Only negative was not getting ESPN on the TV so couldn’t watch the Baseball playoffs!

Kitchen was a nice touch. Very clean. Upstairs neighbors like to have a dance party at night the whole time we was there. No one came around to see if we needed any towels or shampoo. Had given us a refund for the taxes Expedia charged but had a hold of 100$ for our stay. Otherwise very nice and close to where we needed to be. Will stay again.

I loved that we got a suite for a better price than a hotel room. It was clean and quiet. There were 2 downsides to staying here. We didn't have bedding for the sofa bed. Just because you're traveling with more than one person doesn't mean you want to share a bed. And the second is front desk hours. I had called for late check in, which was very easy, but when we needed to get bedding and extra towels, it was not during staff hours. We left before they started their day, and returned after they'd gone. I would stay there again.

We never saw or met any staff, the property is run down and hard to navigate, door wouldn't lock initially because we didn't know you had to use the key to lock it, people's pets barking and startled us. I just wouldn't have chosen it

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Sufficient parking, very small swimming pool. The downside is a self checkin after 5 pm and the property has just one elevator that serves more than 5 bldgs with three floors. You would need a map to locate your room and drag your luggage around depending upon where you parked your car.

The hotel as a whole was run down. Building and stairways had lots of rust and unkept. When I opened the door the room was cleaned but had a smell of old stale smoke and dirt. In addition this appears to be a hotel where it’s not just extended stay but people are living in it. There were rooms with patio furniture and grills that appeared to have been purchased by the people staying there. It was bad enough I just walked out, booked. Room at the double tree a mile down the road. I left without staying or getting a refund.
