It appears this listing is on multiple rental sites, with no guarantee of availability. Initial communication with property owner gathered lots of information without following through on successful booking. Do not recommend."

"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "

"We showed up with our two grandchildren. The host does not have a working phone number in the account by the way. He said we didn’t actually have a reservation and would not give us access. We were left to find a hotel. Do not recommend 100%. "

"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."

"This space was fine for our 2 night stay. The location is nice and the apartment was clean, but quite bare bones - the beds didn’t have top sheets, and the only coffee in the kitchen was the type intended for hotel coffee makers - so it worked well as a place to sleep after being out and about all day. But if you’re looking for a cozy place to settle for a while, this might not be it! "

"The property was lovely and it seemed newly renovated and was very spacious. It was minimally yet perfectly decorated and very welcoming when we walked in the door. The towels were folded in a nice little package on each bed and there were welcome waters which didn't go unnoticed. They had all the necessities we could ever need. The beds were cozy and clean.
