"I don't like the self-serve only check in. There's no one at the counter. Requires help (there was someone roving the area for that) to check in if you don't have a smart phone to read the code on the screen to get your keys. This elimination of employees is a bad development."

VERY FRUSTRATING, WE NEEDED CONNECTING ROOMS OR ATLEAST CLOSE BY....YOU CAN NOT REQUEST ON MACHINE! I HAD CALLED WELL IN ADVANCE TO INFORM THEM OF CONNECTING ROOM REQUEST! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST & MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WE HAD STAYED AT PARIS THE 1ST LEG OF OUR VACATION AND IT WAS SUPERB FROM RESORT TO STAFF ETC!! I NORMALLY IDO NOT POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT RUN AWAY FROM LUXOR!! "

"Room was clean Very low staff on duty. Took an hour and a half to check in. Only 2 staff on duty to check people in, when they know 3 Pm is check in time. Self Check in did not Work likely the wifi was Compromised. Brutal just brutal"

"*first trip to Vegas* Our room wasn’t ready when we got there after driving 28 hours to get there so we agreed to a different room. The room had 1 very small window overlooking the neighborhood behind the building. The room was moist and smelled like mold. HOWEVER the valet staff was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Very disappointed as this was my families favorite place to stay may years ago. Will definitely be choosing a different hotel next time around."

"Showers leak due to the poor design and use of ineffective shower curtains. I was surprised there wasn't a mini fridge in the room."

"Rooms were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly. Many places in the hotel (food court and gift shops) were overcharging on tabs/receipts for items not even purchased, pay attention to all purchases made and ask for receipts to verify. "
