"We had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the house was great to hang out in and cook in. We were families with kids and they loved the place so much we had to come home every evening for a bbq and marshmallows by the fire. Also near Glendalough and Clara Lara which they loved. "While home in Ireland after a long time away I needed a good home base to visit friends & family. Check in was a breeze, I was warmly welcomed and given the tour and key. The house is beautiful, secure, warm and inviting. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, families or reunions, loads of room and they have thought of absolutely EVERYTHING you might need. Fully stocked kitchen cupboards, table settings for a large group from egg cups to coffee, tea, spices, laundry soap,milk in the fridge, fruit...

"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "Large country cottage, well stocked in the kitchen for those bits that are so easy to forget. Underfloor heating a real treat. Beds really comfortable. Me and my five sisters would definitely stay there again. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the entrance off the main road needs to be sign posted as is easy to miss when you are new to the area."

"Magnificent views right out the window. Had logs on the fire ready to light. Ample space. Just remember you pay extra for oil and electricity. There's no grocery store currently in the town, but a lovely place to dine called Wild Rose Cafe right around the corner. We did have a few minor issues but Mr. Wallace came right over and took care of them."

Location is absolutely fabulous, so close to the beach. Hotel across the road had lovely food, recommend the steak, the curry and the wok dishes. Mark was a pleasure to deal with on the phone.
