The property was great. Very clean, more than enough room for four guys on their annual golf outing. Easy check in and all the amenities we could have asked for. Great area for grilling and sitting by the fire pit.

Quick, Last Minute Trip

We only stayed one night, but everyone had a great time. The house is bright and inviting, and the back yard is a wonderful place to put your feet up in a swing or sit around the fire table. The kids loved the twin bedroom, making smores and playing on the green with all the golfballs. Thr letting us stay!

Beyond Exceptional!!

Beautifully designed for comfort and elegance. This property has great views in every direction and a fantastic outdoor space for all ages to enjoy. The owners have thought of everything and supply very high end towels, linens, kitchen utensils and a well thought out style. We stayed three nights and our Kids joined us for one evening. The fire table was very relaxing and we enjoyed time with our family there while cooking on the grill. Host was fantastic and very helpful! Our grandsons loved the putting green but wondered where the holes are? We would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

We had three adult couples in the house for a couple nights and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, was quite comfortable and very clean. The communication prior to arrival was comprehensive. I would stay here again when visiting the area.

Great house in the desert south of Grand Junction!

This property was perfect for our multi-family trip. We spent several days here as a base-camp for our spring canoeing/rafting trip on the lower Gunnison River. The house was better than the pictures and the host communication was wonderful. Highly recommend!
