We had an amazing stay, the room and living space were very cosy and clean. Breakfast made to order... Perfection :-) Our Host had great knowledge of the area and we had access to towels, bathrobes etc for activities like The Lost Spring.

Fantastic B&B

Fantastic stay - wonderful hosts, comfortable room and bed and nothing was a hassle for the hosts. Would stay again and recommend to others. Close to beach and town.

The owners are lovely - very welcoming from the time we arrived till when we were leaving. Breakfast in the mornings were on point & on time...Very peaceful & very relaxing... would definitely recommend it nice place for a family getaway as well..Enjoyed our 2 nights at this BnB would love to go back again.

The property is very well located near the beach and close to downtown. Rooms are very clean and the morning breakfast in the garden is outstanding. Wayne and Lizette are very helpful and will give you all the tips that you do not see anywhere for you to have a wonderful stay. You have everything you need to have a perfect vacation!

The guest room and shared spaces were delightful! Wayne and Lizette couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming! They provided excellent touring tips and even provided a pail and bucket for our hot water beach adventure. Breakfast was delicious! Our hosts made our stay relaxing and helped us to really get to know the area with the time we had! They had every detail covered!

This was excellent all round. Great location. Room was fantastic, very clean and highly functional with outside seating area and a lovely communal area. The hosts were excellent in every way going beyond our expectations to make they stay memorable. They shared their knowledge of the area which helped us. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you Wayne and Lizette. A most enjoyable stay. Our only regret was that 2 nights was not long enough!

The best service in new zealand

Absolutely the best b&b I have been to. Great service i particular, much better than at any hotel. Also close to the city centre and the beach, while at the same time, not too loud.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Bed & Breakfast mit vollständiger Ausstattung und außerordentlicher Sauberkeit. Das Bett war sehr bequem und so stand aufgrund der ruhigen und dennoch strandnahen Lage einem guten und tiefen Schlaf nichts mehr im Wege. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als wir erzählten, zum Hot Water Beach zu wollen, wurden wir umgehend mit Schaufel, Eimer und Strandhandtüchern versorgt. Und einen Tipp, an welcher Stelle sich das buddeln lohnt und wie man solche Stellen findet gab‘s obendrein.

Great location near all of the cool things to do. Owner is fantastic, welcoming, and kind. He fixed a major tour issue for us just by knowing the locals. Our room was a little small, but comfy and perfectly functional. GREAT breakfast!

Best B & B ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, the decor was great, the proprietors could not do enough for us and were most kind and friendly. Breakfast was included and was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending this place and would stay there again.
