"Almost all of the staff were great except for the person taking the calls for room service. Less than friendly, very rushed and sounded annoyed. Could be she was having a bad day, but when dealing with guests, you should fake it till you make it (to the end of your shift). "We were given a room with no functioning ac. We were moced. The new room had a stain on thr chair, a rip in the blackout curtains ans hair on the tile around the tub.
