"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "

"Very spacious room and very clean. Particularly liked the swimming pool which was perfect for our family of four. Helpful staff and easy check in made it an enjoyable stay."
