"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay . Thank you to the breakfast team, buzzing around, refilling, being nice, working hard and still cheerful and the Saturday night bar team were short handed, pulled together, smiled and delivered a seamless service. Thanks to the chefs who never get a mention :) and housekeeping were doing a great job ! Yes we'd come back for sure. "

"Booked four rooms for me and my friends. We were situated on the 4th floor so we didn't have far to go to each other. Ideal size rooms. Dated baths but nicely decorated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were always happy to help and kept our luggage safe before and after our stay so we could enjoy the city some more."
