Spacious Three Bed House & Private Garden - New Brighton Beach & Promenade
7.0 out of 10, Good, (8)
"Property is OK overall except for slight damp smell when entering. some details need fixing: Front yard is a mess. Backyard is a mess, old carpet, cigarette ends (including flower pot on window sill full of old cigarettes)Neighborhood is not the best...trash in road and general clean up required.Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with steep staircase. On the positive side, only a short walk to wonderful promenade."

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (3)
"We absolutely loved staying here. Kaveeta was great, gave us the keys and tour on arrival, showing us how everything worked, she was very responsive on text and great to know she was there if we had any questions. The apartment is in a perfect area, this was great for us as a family. We could take the little one out to New Brighton and was an easy drive for us all. We were all super cosy in there and had everything we needed. We come down to the area a lot so 100% will be staying again....
