"Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20 "

"The whole stay was excellent,spotlessly clean room and in the perfect location for exploring and shopping.Staff were very efficient but the waiters were just a little too keen to empty our breakfast table before we had finished our meal. We would definitely return and recommend to friends 👍"

It felt over-priced though - worn/grubby lime green carpet in the hallway, cheap cupboards that shut noisily, broken toilet button. Did not have the feel of a boutique hotel - more of a pricey budget one. Adequate but not glorious. "

"Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me"
