"Thank God my wife wasn’t with me. We would have had to change hotels. Since it was my son and I, we stayed. Here is a short list of the issues: no air conditioning, water stains on the ceiling and the floor, dirty shower curtain that clings to your body, no housekeeping or fresh towels, it smelled of mothballs and rotting fruit. The only redeeming things were the International BeatleWeek festivities. The event was well-run and a ton of fun."

We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
