I found staff polite, the room unexceptional though mostly clean not the most modern, the corridors and feel a little maze-like (I wasn't convinced I could have found the way without the very helpful receptionist walking me to the relevant staircase). "A little dated and basic, but was very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed my spontaneous night here with the dog, staff very kind and helpful. Big cups in the room, with nice biscuits and Yorkshire tea! Very affordable too for the night, would very happily return - given at a services, I didn’t hear the motorway at all! I stayed for convenience, not a ‘need’ and personally for £37 a night, I’d happily go back again!"
