"We stayed one night last weekend, we had to be moved because the toilet flush didn't work but fortunately that wasn't a problem. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are far enough away from the bar so as to be quiet. Our only small criticism of room 3 is that it's in the eaves and the shower screen is fixed so it is almost impossible to turn on the bath tap without actually getting in the bath! A silly design fault.
The location on the river is lovely and it was good to have a drink outside in the sunshine in April.
Dinner was amazing, the restaurant was packed on a Sunday night but service was quick, friendly and efficient. My Asian burger with king prawns and my wife's baby ribs were amazing and portions were enormous; we had no room for what looked like lovely desserts. £60 for this quality of food with a couple of drinks is excellent value.
Breakfast was good too although there was not a great deal of choice. We were the only people staying but would certainly go to this pub again."

"Excellent property. Everything you need in the kichen. No shortage of utensiles. Very clean. Ample parking for 3 cars on drive. Short walk to shops, pub etc. Plenty garden furniture and good size garden.Would stay again 100%"

"This is a small pub with few rooms. The rooms are well appointed and modern, looks like it's been recently renovated.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good value and the service was very relaxed and unrushed."
