Stylish, chic, clean! These apartments make you feel like you *live* in Wü with comfortable autonomy! 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms, but I never once had to wait over my 4 night stay. Everyone was was quiet, courteous, & respectful.

To be clear this place is a shared 4 person apartment and you rent one room in a shared flat. The Appartement is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. So in case you don’t mind sharing the bathroom and kitchen with roommates this is a good place for you. Communication was good and Access was easy. Now my reason for a negative reference: We are in the middle of a pandemic. Renting out multiple rooms and asking the guests to share a bathroom just does not feel right. In my case I had 3 young male black gentleman staying next to me sharing one room. They could barely speak English and no German at all and occupied the kitchen loudly and intense. I ended up not staying at the place because I was not comfortable with this situation overall. So the guys were lucky to have the place for themselves.

Alles prima. Hat meine Erwartungen etwas überfüllt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt gut organisierte und hübsche Gemeinschaftsräume. Das teilen der Badezimmer hat prima funktioniert, auch da zwei Bäder, beide mit WC, eines mit Dusche und eines mit kleiner Badewanne, zur Verfügung standen. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden.

Es war ein sehr nett eingerichteter Altbau mit sauberem Bad und sauberer Küche. Im Schlafzimmer gab es leider einige Staub-Ecken nahe den Möbeln oder in den Ecken des Betts. Auch einige Spinnweben an den Wänden oder den Deckenlampen. Die Türen waren nicht in den Aufschlagpunkten gedämpft, so dass man sie in der ganzen Wohnung hören konnte. Insgesamt aber war es sehr nett :-) Mit Familie würde ich allerdings nicht hinfahren, eben wegen der Altbaulautstärke (Türen, Dielen). Auch ist das Treppenhaus absolut nicht kindersicher wegen fehlenden Absperrungen bei den Fensteröffnungen. Hier können Kinder in die untere Etage durchrutschen am Fenster entlang.

De accommodatie was prima, alleen was het delen van de voorzieningen (wc, douche, woonkamer en keuken) voor ons even wennen. Wat wel vervelend was, was de kapotte verlichting op de trap. Wij zaten 3 hoog en moesten 's avonds het hele stuk in het donker klimmen. Gelukkig bracht het lichtje pp de telefoon uitkomst.

Wenn es Sie nicht stört, dass - es im Treppenhaus bis zum 3. Stock kaum Lichtschalter gibt; wenn Sie dann aber einen Lichtschalter finden, das Licht nicht funktioniert - beim Öffnen des Fensters (Zimmer 33/34) rund um die Uhr Frittierfettgeruch in Ihre Nase steigt - Ihnen beim Vergleich mit der Ausschreibung auffällt „geschickt fotografiert, aber das war‘s leider auch schon…“ - es Sie nicht stört, dass Bewohner anderer Zimmer das Gemeinschaftsbad unter Wasser setzen, weil sie vermutlich ziemlich dreckige Schuhe in und neben der Dusche gereinigt haben … dann könnte es sein, dass Ihnen diese Unterkunft gefällt. Zu teuer ist sie trotzdem. Das Unicafé nebenan ist einen Besuch wert.

Man muss relativ steile Treppen bis in den vierten Stock hinauf erklimmen, aber es lohnt sich. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Unterkunft war in einem top sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist einfach genial, man ist in zwei Minuten am Main und in fünf Minuten am Dom. Nachteilig ist natürlich, dass es in dem Sinne keinen Service gibt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes, der allerdings am Wochenende stattfand, wurde weder Toilettenpapier gewechselt noch Handtücher oder Müll. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das kein großes Problem, auch wenn das immer von den anderen Bewohnern mit abhängt, aber für längere Aufenthalte sehe ich darin zumindestens für mich ein Problem.
