"First time at an Ibis and I was impressed. It is a new property which is always a good start, staff very helpful and friendly, quick check in, very comfortable bed, clean room and well appointed. The manager was also very accomodating as I needed to change room to include a sofa bed and was so helpful."

"rooms were really well appointed and had everything I needed including a Tassimo coffee machine, desk and microwave - great for working away. Food stops at 8pm which is normally when I order so made an effort to go at 7:25 and the bar staff looked harassed and disorganized and said it would be a 90 minute wait for food so I gave up, as it was supposed to have finished an hour before that. However I did have a drink and whilst I was there I watched the deputy manager step in, support his staff, clear the backlog, deal with complaints and then come and speak to me and got me the food I would have ordered. I was very impressed "
