"I had gone for a solo trip and it was definitely nice, I will say you definitely wanna bring some money with you to tip the workers in the resort. I forgot to do that but other than they still do a great job with attending you accordingly when your at the bar and at the restaurants, if you vape definitely reconsider coming to Mexico since it’s illegal to bring them and they definitely don’t want that in the resort."

"Pros: *Martin @ the Mexican restaurant!!!!! *Pool bar staff kept my cup filled *Friendly staff throughout resort *Delicious food *Excellent security at the entrance of the property Cons: *You will get bombarded to be part of a "90-minute sales presentation" at one of their neighboring resorts in exchange for breakfast and a massage or a swim with dolphins. The 90-minute presentation is for a timeshare and lasted three hours (not 90 minutes), where we had to tell three different sales people that we were not interested over the course of the three hours. And when we booked our swim with the dolphins, it ended up not being free (we were given a voucher to use towards the excursion). Don't fall for the scam! *The swim-up bar at the main pool was closed for my entire 6 day/5 night stay and was kind of an "eye sore." *The Mediterranean restaurant was closed for my entire stay. *For an "adults-only" resort, I was hoping for more activities later in the evening. The nights seemed to end early, including the bars. *The check-in and check-out process is extremely time-consuming. Allow yourself plenty of time on your last day to check out before your airport transportation arrives. You will not be able to leave the property without a checkout ticket from the front desk. *The main restaurants that are only open for dinner do not accept reservations; they operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not arrive between 6:00-7:00 PM, plan on waiting awhile to get seated."

"We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptional, we honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the service. We asked about upgrading our room and were able to get an ocean-view room with a hot tub for a very reasonable price, which made our trip even more special. The resort had so much to offer: multiple restaurants, a 24-hour café, a VIP lounge, spa, pool, and easy beach access. We also noticed it was very family-friendly, with lots of families enjoying their vacation, including a kids’ pool with water slides and other fun water features. The food was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job every day, always leaving us extra bottled water, which we really appreciated. Before our trip, I also messaged the hotel through Expedia, and they responded quickly and provided the contact information to arrange airport transportation (for an extra fee, but absolutely worth it). The only small critique is that parts of the building could use some fresh paint and a few glass panels need replacing. However, we noticed maintenance crews already working on those improvements, so it’s clear they’re investing in the property. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!"
