"Great room "

"Rooms were clean and the staff were amazing with the room service. Downside is that this is a small resort, entertainment could be better."

"The highlight for us was the kid's club, which my five-year-old loved. The employees planned fun activities throughout the day and for families in the evenings that made our stay feel very special. We were very confident leaving our daughter in their care and she left bubbling with enthusiasm. We preferred eating at the restaurants compared to the buffet, but the best evening was the Mexican-themed night (every Saturday). The accomodations were very clean and comfortable and we were very pleased overall."

"We booked an ocean-view room; however, the room we received does not have the ocean view as described in the booking. I have attached a photo for your reference. As we are staying only for one day, we do not want to spend time changing rooms. Therefore, we kindly request a partial refund for the difference in price between the room we booked and the room we received. "Yes, the view was amazing. The rooms are alittle dated, but everything is very clean. The staff is incredible!"

"It was affordable, very clean and efforts were always being made to maintain the property. Food was mediocre, but there were lots of choices which made up for it. Male bar staff by the pool were not super helpful/ or approachable , but female staff around the pool, on the beach and in housekeeping worked so hard and were nothing short of wonderful. Rosio and Fabi ans well as Abigail in cleaning were exceptional and were a big part of why I feel positively about the resort. "
