Separately standing bungalow, provides two rooms (2 and 3 beds) situated on the first floor. There is also fully furnished living room with fireplace, coloured television, satellite receiver, fully furnished kitchen, as well as toilet and bathroom on the base floor.

The surrounding provides suitable facilities for spending time outside especially in the summer (fireplace, swing). To park the car safely is also possible next to the bungalow.
There is about 20 ski lifts available in Zdiar and its surrounding (within 5 km). Mainly intermediate skiers will enjoy skiing there. In within 300 m there are restaurants, three markets and also post office and museum.
