Great location to explore both Amsterdam and the surrounding countryside. Right beside the train station in the center of Zandaam. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. I recommend the welcome package extra.

The hotel was perfect for our holiday. The staff are lively and very helpful. We only had dinner, no breakfast, but the food was delicious. Would highly recomnend this hotel as a base for seeing Amsterdam but not being in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Will def be back!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and would highly recommend staying here. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. With a canal right outside its door and only a few minutes walk into the town it was a perfect location for a stay in Alkmaar. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Really fab, super helpful staff, gorgeous room and really great breakfast. Little bit outside the center but downloading Uber is worth it. €12 in a Uber ro Amsterdam centrall. Great hotel

The staff member that checked us in was very nice, it was a birthday during the stay and she identify this and included drinks vouchers by way of Happy Birthday. A very nice touch.

Been here twice and love it!!

everything was perfect, only things is i like go outside for some fresh air but there were no benches around the hotel because of my health issues i cant stand up for more than few minutes and unfortunately i passed out few times while standing. maybe in the future you can think of some nice area outside the hotel where is possible to sit because in definitely coming back, i really enjoyed the stay.
