We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, central to many restaurants, shopping, pubs and between the 2 main ski lifts. The breakfast offerings were delicious and plentiful and an excellent coffee machine. We enjoyed the mini spa and the ski room downstairs as well.

Great location, cute and clean hotel with lots of amenities. They had a fitness center, spa and great continental breakfast. There was also a restaurant attached with patio seating. We had a cute balcony and our room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great tradional Swiss property. The front desk receptionist was was very pleasent. When I asked her about the history of the hotel she took the time to explain it as well as explain some of picture of the family ownership on the lobby walls. The breakfast was very good as well

This was a lovely property located very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops. Our room’s balcony had a view of the Matterhorn! If we ever come back to Zermatt, I would love to stay here again. Staff was kind and helpful.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful room with loft area and a balcony. Since we had an early train and missed breakfast hours, they packed us a to go bag the night before. Couldn’t have been nicer!!!

Good location, average property

This is old hotel property so you will feel going back to sixties or way prior. Location is good and so was the breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Don’t expect much but basic ameneties you would expect. We did not try spa area so cannot comment on that.

Cutest hotel! The room was spacious and so clean. The receptionist was so helpful. When she realized that we were checking out before breakfast the next morning she ordered us a to-go sack. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
