Hangzhou Hotel Guide - Zhejiang Museum hotels in Hangzhou, China.

"The hotel’s location was very near to food, amenities and the west lake area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff, extremely helpful. A small con is that major construction of a new building is taking place directly in front of the hotel which contributed to construction noise."

"The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff adjusted routine to my likes. The location is good, walkable to West Lake with lots of restaurants and shopping choices."

"I stayed at this lovely place 7 years ago and this time round it was even more special, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a lovely vase of roses in the room waiting for us. The room was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and the area is very close to the west lake but very quiet and calm, the hotel staff was so lovely too (shout out to Pan Pan). When I visit again I will book this place for definite."

"Great location, great value hotel in such a beautiful city. Strongly recommend."

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."
