Spacious lovely property. The checking in process was very disappointing. In writing we were advised they have a front desk so we assumed checking in would be easy. When we arrived, we couldn’t get in the locked door & had no immediate access to phone. No on was there to meet us at the agreed time (again, stated in writing). Eventually able to access a phone & call. They gave us a code to get in the door then able to access a key for our apartment. Please don’t say you are going to do certain things if that’s not how you do it. I don’t want others to go through that, like we did. Especially after just getting off a long international flight. Washing machine then broke with our clothes in it! Staff quite helpful thank you.

Beautiful spacious apartments with a stunning view

The apartment was very modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the 3rd floor balcony of the river and city was just stunning! Such a pleasure to wake up to that! The two drawbacks were that there were no ACs and during the summer heat wave the apt was very warm. And there were no lifts in the building so it was a struggle carrying the luggage up so many flights of stairs. Otherwise would definitely recommend!!

Clean, modern apartment. Easy transportation.

We stayed about a week in this spacious, clean, modern apartment. It had comfortable furniture and a lovely view. The neighborhood is safe with a park and a river walk close by . Not too many restaurants in walking distance but easy to hop the tram to other areas. Overall, a very quiet neighborhood with the tram making a soft background noise, not bothersome. The laundry was convenient in the bldg. No instructions about the dryer settings and the words on the machine were in German. So that was a bit of a guess. The apartment could have used a few more extras... more pillows, a clock, dish soap, bar soap, more pictures, more t.p, a microwave. Our only real gripe was the check in process that left us standing outside for 40 minutes. When one says they will call you right back and then you have to call them 20 minutes later it's frustrating. Later you find out this could all have been avoided. There is no lift and staff was not inclined to help with bags. Overall, a very nice stay in adjacent to the downtown, 2 stops. Quiet and convenient!

Enjoyed the stay

Family trip. Good apartment, all facilities were good. No air conditioning, although didn't really need it even in July, the fan was good enough. Prompt return of calls, emails regarding questions. 10 min walk from the Zurich railway station. Not a lot of places to eat close by, but the supermarket is close by for supplies.
