"The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. "

"What a lovely hotel! Super friendly staff at check in and in the restaurant. We had dinner there as well, and the food was delicious. We kindly got an upgrade as well. Hotel has been beautifully decorated. Lovely room with a patio. Very comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunately no robes and slippers in the room. And no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels on. "
