Stay was short for cruise, so it was perfect for that. The staff Yaslim and Chris are helpful and friendly even with the large amount of guest standing, waiting and or asking for help. Property needs steam cleaning and a paint job. Other than housekeeping keep it as clean as they can.

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
