We were able to make a lady minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. Beds were heavenly and the bathroom was clean and modern. Hotel gas wonderful amenities and we wish that we could have enjoyed them!

Bathrooms were kinda gross.

Pool was fun with a good view, good food and good drinks. Room was comfortable and clean

We were upgraded to a suite! The hotel was wonderful!

There were no microwaves . I’d suggest getting microwaves or Atleast one at the property.

I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said there was a sign , showed us where it was and left us at the lobby. I felt so uncomfortable and upset.

Attended Gaylord Texan for a conference. No complaints. Beautiful property with excellent service. The catered food from the hotel at the conference was also great.
