Nice, newer rooms. GREAT soaking tubs. It’s fine. Very large. You walk to get to everything. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Starbucks is good.

From the moment I arrived, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes was nothing short of exceptional. It's a true luxury escape that manages to feel both grand and intimately welcoming. The service was truly the best I've ever experienced. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the poolside attendants—was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They anticipated my needs without me having to ask, which made for a completely seamless and relaxing trip. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful. My room was immaculate, with a stunning view and a wonderfully comfortable bed. What stood out most, however, was the cleanliness. The property is impeccably maintained, and the pristine condition of everything from the common areas to the guest rooms truly reflects the high standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The food was a highlight of my stay. I had the pleasure of dining at several of the resort's restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were incredible, and the presentation was a work of art. The dining options offer something for every palate, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Finally, the gym and pools were absolutely fantastic. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, allowing for a great workout. The pools, in particular, were a paradise.
