Room was amazing and clean, staff was respectful & humbled, just a little small minor issues with getting ice to keep my drinks and insulin cold in room. Refrigerator wasn't cold enough for my insulin.. overall I love the resort. It was calm and relaxing..

La atención al cliente en la recepción general Bávaro Beach, camaristas y personal de los restaurantes de buffet, en relación a amabilidad y eficiencia es muy, muy mala.
He visitado Barceló Riviera Maya y el nivel de las instalaciones, servicios y ATENCIÓN al cliente es excelente. No tiene comparación con la experiencia que acabo de vivir.
