Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast. Hotel bar was nice and the food was good. Bartender was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Don't be surprised that you'll pay occupancy taxes for each day, on top of the overall cost. Additionally, nothing at this hotel is free, including bottled water and bag storage. Good location right next to Grand Central.

Beautifully designed property. Nice accommodations and staffing. In the heart of Times Square easy access to everything. Very secure safe setting and surroundings. Access keys are required on the elevators.

Great location for our first trip to NYC, centrally located and handy for Hudson Yards, High Line and Madison Square Garden. Easily walkable to Times Sq and Empire State and other midtown attractions. Took us about 30 mins to walk to Central Park.
The hotel has a very retro feel and look which we loved.
We found the standard room a little smaller than expected but it was fine as we were out all day. Just don’t expect the modern style hotel.
The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially Hector the concierge who was very helpful sorting our taxi back to airport.
We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to New York.

The location is great. Rooms are small and could use a facelift but ok. Rooms that say double beds are 47” so if sharing a bed it’s tight for two adults. Staff are friendly. $35 tourism charge per night that you can reclaim as credit if you purchase from restaurant. We used it to get Starbucks and a few snacks each day.
