The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Our flight home was cancelled (three times), the staff knew we were stressed and they catered to all our needs. The hotel is in a terrific location and we took advantage of by walking to the 9/11 memorial, NY Stock Exchange and One World Trade Center. Our room was beautiful and spacious (as well as the bathroom)! Definitely a place to return to in NYC.

The rooms were drab and aged. I did not feel comfortable and felt the room was unclean and a little dirty and tired. Odd smell in the room as well.
