The experience was good but the room was little different from shown on images even though clean.

We had gone to this hotel back in 2019 and went back this year and we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the hotel overall. The first day we got there it took them 4 hours to deliver our suitcases to our room and when we went to check in with the concierge they told us no one told them what room we were even in. The food was not great, not many great choices to chose from and I guess you could say the waiting staff at restaurants were okay. There were time where we had to go get our own refills at the main bar due to them ignoring our tables. All the bar drinks were delicious though and the bar staff was all amazing! I was definitely not expecting to be disappointed with going this time and overall would give the stay a 6/10 :(

My husband and I are in love with this resort. Everything about this resort is perfect. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel upon arrival. The lobby is open air, minimalist, tastefully decorated and clean. Actually, the entire resort is very clean. There is always someone cleaning or minding the plants in the common areas. We decided to stay here to celebrate our 43rd anniversary and this resort did not disappoint. They celebrated our anniversary every night after dinner with a cake and sparklers. On our anniversary night, there was a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room after dinner. My husband and I are not pool people. We hung out at the beach most of our stay. Though there were sargassum, nonetheless we still enjoyed the beach and the sound of crashing waves. What makes this resort special in my opinion are the employees. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. These are the staff I have encountered and had a pleasure of meeting. Nahum - from the steakhouse Eskarlett - from the steakhouse Tessa - bfast buffet Luis - bfast buffet Gabriel - beachside server Agustin - food manager Maricell - front desk Karla - asst manager Last but not the least, the housekeeping staff - they work like ninjas, our room is always sparkling clean and fresh every time we return from the beach. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, pool activities, good HVAC in our Junior Suite, and - all-inclusive!. Would stay there again.

Overall the stay was good, the negative was that the room had a strong smell of mold and the food was not the very best. Staff were amazing and welcoming!! They have different activity's every day which is pretty nice and also a live Dj …. A bunch of raccoons roaming around the property.
