The hotel offers a beautiful and relaxing environment with friendly and attentive staff. The buffet had a great variety of dishes to suit every taste, and the Japanese restaurant with its live show was a memorable experience. The coffee shop was a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception team made check-in smooth and welcoming.
What I disliked:
We arrived right in the middle of summer when there were lots of algae on the beach, so we didn’t swim in the ocean.
This wasn’t really the hotel’s fault — they did their best to clean it up, even running a tractor every day, but nature had other plans.
Luckily, the pools were great, so we still enjoyed plenty of swimming time.

The overall condition and quality of the resort are very attractive to us. We love the pools , the spa and the staff is fantastic - courteous and professional. The beach is nice for a city center location. Algae season might be a problem but we truly enjoy this place.
