Amazing vacations ♥️♥️ The amenities and shows were spectacular, great location close to everything. Location was fantastic Playacar is in the middle of Cancun and Tulum. Walking & shopping very close and safe, great food amazing staff very friendly and always with a smile ready to help and answer all your questions. Clean rooms and spacious every day housekeeping. Special “THANKS” to Johnathan “bell boy” Liliana in the front desk and Laura guest service and manager. They all made our vacation special and very pleasant stayed. Five star ⭐️ and we will visit again soon!

Occidental Caret provides a high value vacation at a reasonable price. The beach has a protective cove free of seaweed and rough waves which is great for kids. Food is above average ranging from specialty restaurants to the large buffet in the main building all with AC. Each building has about 50 spacious rooms on three floors with an elevator and an attendant. A large vehicle provides transportation on the property. We especially enjoy bldg 22 (Expedia Building) located near the quiet adults only pool. The view from the beach restaurant is outstanding.

Fabulous resort, we were kindly upgraded to a casita and it was stunning - maid service twice a day, in the evening our ice bucket would be filled . Our rooms were clean and spacious with quality fittings and beautiful balconies where we could sit and listen to the sounds of the jungle. The staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. Valet parking easy and efficient, and they would give us water and towels if going out for the day. On return, they would say “ welcome home “! Food delicious, especially the breakfast buffet ( Christina’s omelettes are second to none !) which was extensive and set us up for the day. The beach was gorgeous , pools clean and the areas well maintained and so pretty. We didn’t want to leave.

Nice and clean property with friendly staff and good food. Nice beach front with palm trees for shade. Coati's everywhere for those who like wildlife! Evening entertainment was fun. I would definitely stay there again.
