El hotel está divino, los restaurantes riquísimos Lo único que odie fue a los de travel club, me dijeron que sería un “tour de bienvenida” y nada de eso era, fue una plática aburridisima queriéndome vender una membresía, me hicieron perder dos horas de mi tiempo, el supervisor Alfredo se puso súper incisivo de querer que comprara algo que nosotros no estábamos interesados y lo mencionamos muchísimas veces y simplemente no paraba, súper incomodo Desafortunadamente al ser las primeras dos horas de nuestra experiencia en TRS, si afectó nuestra estadía Recomiendo mucho el hotel, sin embargo sugiero que tengan aún más actividades entretenidas para cuando llueve, ya que nos toco dos días de lluvia y las actividades no eran muchas, ni entretenidas "

"My time at this property was wonderful. My concierges were amazing ( Alfred/Maria) and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful. The food at the restaurants that I attended was delicious and I felt like a celebrity. In my 5 night stay I got to try 4 restaurants. My favorite was the Peruvian. The pools are amazing and kept so clean. The whole facility was constantly being cleaned. My daughter loved the childrens club and asked that we come back pacificly for the kids clubs. The buffet had a wide variety every day and night. Every evening was a seafood choice. I couldn't get enough of their fresh juices from the Good Bar. The beach was beautiful and you could see the fishes right at your feet. My husband and daughter enjoyed the lazy river and its calmness. My room was kept clean every day and I must say everyone works so hard. From the moment we arrived Juan the trolly driver made us feel welcomed. Also guest services checking in to make sure everything was to our liking everyday ( Marlene). I love Grand Sirenis Maya Riviera and definitely will be back. Thank you all for an amazing trip of a life time. See you soon! "
