"Second time staying here. Excellent staff all throught our stay. Rooms were very clean, plenty to do to keep you busy in all the resorts. Highly recommend the romantic dinner (upon request). We got engaged on this trip and the staff was great in helping my fiance plan the proposal. Bahia will always be a special place to us. "

"Spent a week at TRS Yucatan and had an incredible stay. We went for one of the junior suites with the small private pool out the back to treat ourselves and really enjoyed it! I don’t think we can go back to a normal resort or a different room after this. We were able to see a family of coati’s around the jungle behind our pool, various birds, racoons and agoutis. The services provided were top notch. Plenty of choices at the buffet which also has the option of ordering meals from a set menu as well. The buffets were very clean and well organized, with individual servings/dishes to take from. The à la carte restaurants were also pretty good, we enjoyed the appetizers at Tentazione (Italian) and the dishes at La Bohème (French), we had read good reviews about El Gaucho but it wasn’t our favourite. Room service was also great, we’re not used to feeling waited on and kept the room service light off (there is also a DND button that we did not use) but it was so nice coming back every time a clean room and a fully stocked fridge and coffee station. We paid extra for the Full Moon Dinner as well as the Chic Cabaret show and neither disappointed and were well worth the money. The Chic show was fantastic, all of the performers had so much energy it was hard to take your eyes off of them and the 3 hour show went by so quickly! Overall, we had a great experience and hope to be able to come back or check out other TRS locations! "

"This was our first visit to Tulum and we will definitely be back! The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. We loved how secluded this resort was with miles of beaches to explore. We look forward to bringing our kids with us next trip!!!"
