"We just got back from our trip with a group of 15 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 62, and it truly had something for everyone to enjoy.
Food: While the food wasn’t the absolute best we’ve ever had, there was plenty of variety, and if you didn’t find something you liked, the room service was excellent and definitely made up for it.
Rooms: The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. They even surprised us with gifts for everyone—including a bottle of alcohol for the adults. Housekeeping was amazing; our rooms were cleaned every day, and if you were out at night, you’d come back to a freshly made bed and trash taken out.
Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely appreciative when tipped. I especially want to mention our butler, Guillermo, who went above and beyond for our group. He made the whole experience even better. "

"The property was magnificent, the service was great. I want to give a special shout out to Fernando, for helping me with my reservation when there was a problem and did it in minutes. Also, Andrea made sure we got the most out of our stay and was very attentive. Even til the end when we left something in the room she escorted us no problem. "
