Stayed here a few times and never had a bad experience. Everything is close by.

The room was clean and tidy . I was very unhappy with our experience in the spa pool . Ladies changing facilities dirty with bins overflowing Men’s shower had razor on floor which my husband caught with his foot Tons we couldn’t swim as too busy but the 4 youths pushed passed us went through the gym and entered the pool that way . When we informed reception. She said she would call someone but no one came I would not book this hotel again if the pool was required

Staff, room and breakfast was fabulous

It was ok

Very run down building, staff hardly acknowledged us at Reception upon arrival. We were not advised in advance that there was a wedding party and an 80’s night taking place so getting to sleep was very difficult due to the music going on until 1.00pm. Toilet blocked first night and we had to change rooms. Vomit staining on bedroom carpet. They say they are pet friendly but part way through our breakfast we were asked to move out of the restaurant into the bar as we had our Cockerpoo Rosie with us - they could have told us this information upon arrival. Shower was poor - no water if next door having a shower at the same time! Staff not interested in feedback.

An absolute pleasure to stay at Tregondale Manor Farm. Stephanie was so helpful. Thank you! Superb quiet location. Friendly and hospitable host. Lovely room, a very good nights sleep and a great breakfast in the morning. Many thanks! Highly recommended.

Lots of space in the car park which is so needed in Stratford! The room was a Tudor room, small but well laid out with everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty. Fantastic location.

Brilliant and very helpful staff, Cristina particularly so. Everyone seemed anxious to help and make things easy. Air con particularly cold and difficult to turn off but reception came to my rescue. Otherwise a great stay, very quiet and clean room, definitely would recommend staying there and so close to the NEC.

Arrived and door access code didn't work - had to phone and then it was messaged to me. The bathroom skirting boards were really dirty. The kitchen was really basically equipped with only wine glasses for cold drinks. Reported on arrival but no action taken. Property however was perfectly serviceable and comfortable with contemporary design. The walk up to the apartment car park was very hard work with endless stairs!!!
