"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice brekkie"

"Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Great shower and soaker bathtub. Sound proofing in the room is excellent — so quiet in the room! Only negative- for our unit the window is in close proximity to the building next door and the view was nonexistent-so we kept the drapes closed — but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The pool is lovely and the heated stone chairs are nice relaxation. Only thing missing is a hot tub. We parked at Cheltham car park for 14£ a night- 9 min flat walk to the hotel. Great value and would stay again if I return. "

"Table and floor not clean, crumbs and dust. Towels not in great conditions. One of the lamps were burnt, so was dark. Not soundproofing rooms. Mix of the sympathy, some nice staff others unfriendly. Parking and breakfast not included. For the UK reality not that bad. Good location if you don't want the breakfast in the hotel "
