Hotel is absolutely beautiful! Smells amazing from when you first walk in. Restaurant bartenders were great, place is beautiful. Shopping center across the street beach at your footsteps. Pool area very big and clean. Great spot!

The hotel itself is somewhat lacklustre- rooms are Cold and stark…. No artwork or anything…hallways look like army barracks and it’s loud because there’s nothing at all to absorb sound. Pool is nice, beach too, good location Breakfast buffet is good, lots of choices. Dinner buffet is not worth having…. Was disappointing. Pretty lobby, staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

They put too much emphasis on getting people to eat and drink there then they do maintaining the hotel. It has a smell to it, too many things wrong with the room, hair left behind, housekeeping doesn’t do a good job, facility has water leaks, people who lack English speaking fluent. They also took too long to serve the food, and the waitresses and waiters got the order wrong everyday. No one keeps up with the property they need deep cleaning, food is dry, they need all new staff. I could going on with all the issues but u get what I mean.

Need to add streaming service like Netflix or Hulu for days when guest have kids.

Really great resort! Will visit again
